Accessibility statement
Last updated: 13 April 2026
Polyforge Studios is committed to making polyforgestudios.uk usable by as many people as possible, including visitors using assistive technologies.
Conformance target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA for this marketing site. We test periodically with keyboard navigation, zoom, and automated checks—but accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time audit.
What we implement
- Semantic HTML landmarks (
main, nav, header, footer) where applicable. - Visible focus styles for interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and empty
altfor decorative assets where appropriate. - Sufficient colour contrast for body text on dark backgrounds.
- A skip link to main content on the homepage.
Known limitations
- Decorative motion: the homepage uses canvas and CSS animations. Users can enable “Reduce motion” in their OS; we respect
prefers-reduced-motionon that page. - Third-party fonts: loaded from Google Fonts; if blocked, system fonts apply.
- PDF / legacy legal pages: if any document is not fully accessible, contact us and we will provide an alternative format.
